Job Overview This is a union position. The El Monte FOTEP is a residential program serving women and children. All of the women that are enrolled in the program are on State parole and usually have extensive histories with the criminal justice system. Some of the women have co-occuring disorders that are managed by prescribed medications and individual therapy. The program is very fast paced and is a very structured environment.
